Terms of service
By booking or participating in any lesson, experience or event with Majestic Hooves, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Weight Limit
For the welfare of our horses, the maximum rider weight is 100 kg. We reserve the right to refuse participation if this limit is exceeded.
2. Riding Equipment
All riders must provide and wear their own approved riding helmet and riding boots. Riders without suitable equipment may not be permitted to ride.
3. Safety
All riders must follow the instructor's instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being stopped without a refund.
4. Nature of Horses
Horses are living animals and, despite being well trained and carefully selected, they can react unpredictably to their surroundings. While our horses are among the calmest and are suitable for beginners and children, no horse can ever be guaranteed to behave perfectly in every situation.
5. Assumption of Risk
Horse riding and interacting with horses involve inherent risks. By taking part, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
6. Liability
Majestic Hooves, its owners, instructors and staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, loss, damage or death arising from horse riding, handling horses, or participation in any activity where such loss or injury is beyond our reasonable control or results from the inherent risks associated with horses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
7. Children
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when on the premises. Riders under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Visitors
For safety reasons, only one accompanying person is permitted per booking, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
9. Health
Customers must inform us before the lesson of any medical condition, injury or disability that may affect their ability to ride safely.
10. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking fee.
11. Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled lesson. Late arrivals may have their lesson shortened without a refund.
12. Photography & Social Media
Photos or videos may be taken during lessons or events unless you request otherwise in advance.
13. Agreement
By proceeding with your booking and ticking the Terms & Conditions checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and conditions
